City of Dallas Event VENDOR Registration

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING!

This form is for Vendor registration for select events including Food Truck Fridays. This form is NOT for food vendors. There is a seperate registration form for them. This form is for Vendors who market retail or promotional items. For each Food Truck Friday, the fee is $25.00. Fee must be paid prior to the event.

For each Food Truck Friday; Vendors will be allowed to set up starting at 4pm on the evening of the food truck events (dates listed below). Vendors will be located on the Courtyard/Plaza area, not in the street. Space will be on a first come basis. Please note that there will also be live music in the Courtyard area. ***We do not supply power for vendors. If you need power you must bring your own generator. There are no outlets that can be used.

For the July Patriotic Parade; Vendors will be allowed to set up at 8am and will breakdown at 1pm. The Parade starts at 10am.  More information will be avaliable 2 weeks prior to the event.

The below dates are the only dates that we are currently accepting vendor registrations. For the June and July Block Party, we have limited space for vendors and will be doing a selective process for those events targeted to the predicted crowd. To inquire abouth either of those events, please email awhisner@dallas-ga.gov.

I have read and understand the rules and regulations regarding this event and agree to those terms stated.
