PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING!

This form is for Tent Vendor registration for Food Truck Fridays. This form is NOT for food trucks. There is a seperate registration form for them. This form is for Tent Vendors who market retail or promotional items or sell cottage foods . For each Food Truck Friday, the fee is $25.00. Food Truck Fridays are limitied to 10 vendor spaces. Upon submission, if approved, you will recieve an invoice for the date(s) selected. Payment MUST be received within 2 weeks of the invoice. If payment is not received by due date, you will be forfitting your reservation for a vendor space. 

The City of Dallas reserves the right to limit vendors selling/promoting similar merchandise.

For each Food Truck Friday; Vendors will be allowed to set up starting at 4pm on the evening of the food truck events (dates listed below). Vendors will be located on the Courtyard/Plaza area (with the exception of 09/15- Night of Worship), not in the street. Space will be on a first come basis. Please note that there will also be live music in the Courtyard area. ***We do not supply power for vendors. If you need power you must bring your own generator. There are no outlets that can be used.

By choosing multiple events below, you understand that you will receive an invoices with ALL dates selected fees on it. The entire balance must be paid in full within 2 weeks of date on invoice. 

By signing below, I hereby release and hold harmless the employees, offices, agents and/or volunteers of the City of Dallas, Ga from any and all liability or claim to person or property which are caused by or resulting from my agents, employess, or other entities acting on my behalf. I have read and understand the rules and regulations regarding this event and agree to those terms stated.
