City of Dallas- FOOD TRUCK Registration

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING!

This form is for Food Truck registration for City of Dallas Special Events. This form is NOT for retail vendors. There is a seperate registration form for them. This form is for FOOD TRUCKS who sell consumable products. For each event, the fee is $50.00. Events are limitied to 20 Food Truck spaces. Upon submission, if approved, you will recieve an invoice for the date(s) selected. Payment MUST be received within 2 weeks of the invoice. If payment is not received by due date, you will be forfitting your reservation for a food truck space. 

The City of Dallas reserves the right to limit food trucks based on type of food/beverages sold. Alcoholic items are not permitted. 

For each Food Truck Friday; Food Trucks will stage at 4:45pm in the parking lot across from First Baptist Church. Roads will close at 5pm and then we will start placing food trucks on Main Street on a first come first serve basis. If you arrive after 6pm, there is a chance that you may not be allowed into the closure due to saftey issues. Please arrive on time. We do not supply power for vendors. If you need power you must bring your own generator. There are no outlets that can be used. Food truck fridays end at 10pm and trucks are expected to shut down to the public by that time. Everyone must be off of the street no later than 11pm so that the roads can be re-opened. Not adhearing to this can affect your ability to register for future events. 

For other Events in Dallas: Logistics for events will be sent out the week of the event in regards to setup and breakdown times. Please arrive on time. We do not supply power for vendors. If you need power you must bring your own generator. There are no outlets that can be used.

Additional Documents required before approval:

*A copy of a your Business License issued by your home based county or city.

*A copy of your Health Food Permit issued by your home based Department of Public Health

*A Paulding County Fire Marshal Inspection.

These documents only have to be submitted once per year, but must be recieved before an initial invoice will go out. These documents may be attached to this prio to submission by clicking the "paper clip" at the bottom of the screen. If you are unable to do so, please email your documents to Shannon Gordon at sgordon@dallas-ga.gov.
