PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING!
This form is for registration for the 2023 City of Dallas CityFest on April 22nd, 2023. This form is for Tent Vendors and Mobile Food Trucks. Tent Vendor spaces are limitied to 30 (15x15) vendor spaces and 20 Mobile Food Truck spaces. Upon submission, if approved, you will recieve an invoice for the event. Payment MUST be received within 2 weeks of the invoice. If payment is not received by due date, you will be forfitting your reservation for a vendor space.
The City of Dallas reserves the right to limit vendors and mobile food trucks who sell/promote similar merchandise.
Logistics; Once you invoice is paid, you will listed as a vendor for the event. Logistics will go out the week of the event. Those details will include set up, break down, and any other important information. The City of Dallas does not provide tents, tables or electricity. You may bring a generator if power is needed.
FEES:
Tent Vendor: $25
Mobile Food Truck: $50
Additional Documents required before approval:
Mobile Food Truck
*A copy of a your Business License issued by your home based county or city.
*A copy of your Health Food Permit issued by your home based Department of Public Health
*A Paulding County Fire Marshal Inspection.
Tent Food Vendors:
*Copy of Cottage Food License
These documents only have to be submitted once per year, but must be recieved before an initial invoice will go out. Please email your documents to Shannon Gordon at sgordon@dallas-ga.gov.
